Meet Robert Casas
Schedule an introductory meeting to discuss the home-buying new build process.
2.
Get Pre-Approved.
Robert will connect you to a preferred lender in order to begin the preapproval process. Understanding your financing options is one of the most important first steps toward buying your dream home. New builds sometimes offer incentives to use their in house lender and we can discuss options. Tax Rates for new builds typically run around 2%.
3.
Tour Model Homes.
Together we will search our database of new construction sites. Robert will schedule tours of Model Homes! Robert must be present at the first communication or visit with a builder to be able to assist.
4.
Reserve your New Build.
Work closely with Robert and builder to prepare an offer on your new home! Real estate contracts can be complex – let them guide you through the offer process and thoroughly explain the new build purchase contract, disclosures and process.
5.
Watch your Home Be Built.
The builder has accepted your offer and you are now under contract! Let Robert help walk you through the entire build phase to ensure a smooth closing process with the builder.
6.
Get Ready to Close.
Congratulations! You’re almost home… just need to walk your new home with the builder, prepare for closing and pack the moving truck!
