Robert Casas is an Orange County native with over 17 years of experience in customer service and leadership, and more than 10 years as a successful solo real estate agent, Robert has built his career around one simple philosophy: treat others the way you want to be treated.

Over the past decade, Robert has successfully closed more than 100 real estate transactions and surpassed $70 million in sales volume, earning a reputation for exceptional service, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering dedication to his clients. His commitment to excellence earned him OC Weekly's 2019 Readers' Choice Award for Best Real Estate Agent, and he has consistently ranked among the top 8% of agents for peer reputation from 2019–2023 while this metric was being tracked.

Before transitioning into real estate, Robert spent many years with Disneyland, where he entertained guests as a performer and had the unique opportunity to work at Tokyo Disneyland Resort. He also spent over 13 years as a retail store manager, developing high-performing teams while creating exceptional customer experiences.

Robert's passion for serving others extends far beyond real estate. He served as President of the Board of Directors for Orange County LGBTQ+ Pride and Treasurer of the Consolidated Association of Pride, helping strengthen LGBTQ+ communities through education, advocacy, and celebration. In 2020, he was honored with the Anaheim Ducks Community Hero Award for his volunteer service. In 2023, he joined the Board of Directors of South Coast Chorale, the LGBTQ+ chorus of Long Beach, supporting its mission of building community through music while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is also a dedicated advocate for animal welfare, supporting rescue organizations, promoting pet adoption, and raising awareness about animal cruelty.

Real estate has been part of Robert's life from an early age. Growing up around family in the industry, he witnessed firsthand the dedication, hard work, and fulfillment that comes from helping people achieve their real estate goals. Having personally navigated both buying and selling a home, he understands the excitement, challenges, and emotions that accompany every transaction.

In 2024, Robert and his husband welcomed their beautiful daughter and are excited to welcome their son in early 2027, completing their family. Family is at the heart of everything Robert does, and he understands that a home is so much more than four walls; it's where memories are made, milestones are celebrated, traditions are created, and loved ones gather. That perspective is what drives his passion for helping every client find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home.
